Cayman Liquidations

In March, Justice Graham of the Grand Court in the Cayman Islands appointed G. James Cleaver and Phillip S. Stenger as Joint Official Liquidators of the following named companies:

Christopher Johnson and Nicholas Freeland of PricewaterhouseCoopers are no longer liquidators of any companies associated with Cash 4 Titles and no longer have any role in the liquidation process.

A Preliminary Meeting of Creditors was held on June 14, 2000 in the Cayman Islands.
